By accessing or using limits.fyi (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective upon posting and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Description of Service

The Service provides a manually curated, crowd-sourced database of AI subscription rate-limit information. All content is for informational purposes only and is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

5. User Submissions

What We Collect. We collect only submission form data—no personal or identifying information of any kind.

License Grant. By submitting data via the form, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your submissions in connection with the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Submit content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Service (excluding user submissions) are owned or licensed by limits.fyi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER limits.fyi NOR ITS OWNER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless limits.fyi and its owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and limits.fyi regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
